Basketball Reflection - Week 6

I'm Blogging this because this is some of my best work this term. For PE, I chose basketball, and here is my reflection.

Basketball Reflection


Write down five things to think about when you bounce a basketball.
  1. Feet shoulder width apart
  2. Protect the ball from defenders
  3. Keep control of the ball
  4. Make the ball move Left, Right, Left, Right…
  5. Look at the player

What are the main four parts of basketball?
  1. Passing
  2. Shooting
  3. Dribbling
  4. Blocking


How can you protect the ball from a defender?
Move the ball and try to keep your back towards them


What was challenging for you?
Shooting


What was your favourite part?
Doing the passing run.  We had to dribble to a line and back, and pass it to a teammate

What would you have liked to have learned more of?
Shooting
